Our current processing and packing time is 1-2 days. Your item(s) will aim to be delivered by Royal Mail in 2-3 working days. An email comfirmation will be sent to you once we have processed your order.
Disclaimer - Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any loss or damage to your order(s) once we have handed your order(s) over to Royal Mail. Any disputes surrounding these issues must be handled through Royal Mail. Of course, we will always help where we can!
Returns
Providing the item(s) are in their original packing with no signs of wear, all items can be returned within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return your item(s).
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) have passed inspection, providing there are no signs of wear, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear, or alternatively check with your original payment method provider.
