Extra Small - Neck 22-30cm (ideal for Miniature Dachshunds, Toy Poodles, Malteses etc)

Small - Neck 28-43cm (ideal for Bichons, Cavapoos, Pugs etc)

Medium - Neck 33-51cm (ideal for Cockapoos, Cocker Spaniels, French Bulldogs etc)

Large - Neck 41-66cm (Ideal for Labradors, Pointers, Golden Retrievers etc)

Returns

Providing the item(s) are in their original packing with no signs of wear, all items can be returned within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return your item(s).

Refund

Once your returned item(s) have passed inspection, providing there are no signs of wear, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear, or alternatively check with your original payment method provider.
Our current processing and packing time is 1-2 days. Your item(s) will aim to be delivered by Royal Mail in 2-3 working days. An email comfirmation will be sent to you once we have processed your order.
